History
We all know that the stock exchange (B2B) and the broker-dealer websites (B2C) are both connected, which is analogous to the model of FairEx B2B2C connectivity solution. It is a fact that without the stock exchange, there will not be an efficient broker-dealer network that exists today, and the stock exchange in turn will not prosper without brokers-dealers. The FairEx B2B2C connectivity solution is applicable to a whole new asset classes that are currently not represented in the stock exchange, example, many of the investment banking products like FX, options, forwards, swaps, linked notes, commodities, just to name a few. The FairEx B2B exchange serves to aggregate these products from the various banks and then using the FairEx BConnect broker-dealer systems, disseminate to their downstream clients. Without internet exchange technology, the cost of doing so will be prohibitively high, and the difficulty of linking up with the exchange may also be overwhelming.
FairEx markets this as an FX exchange / broker dealer network. Unlike stocks, FX transcends all borders. They are international, and unregulated (except for some local currencies). FairEx performs the integration that is crucial for the linking up of these 2 distinct, independent, yet inseparable systems.
